How do you pack for a short holiday?
The things you do before you pack and leave. Or is that cut and run, ignoring the upheaval you created in your mad slap dash packing?
I don't have a modus operandi so far. Each time is different. The mode of transport is the same. I travel by car. Why? I need to get around all over the shop, walking just won't cut it.
This time, no study books (had 3years of lugging them with me), no dog to stress about :( , just me & junior.
I lie, we are packing our favourite doona, & pillows. Lol our small comforts. Bag of toys, the food bag, oh and of course..... My thermomix! Man don't leave home without one!
So off we shall toddle to visit my family & catch up. Our yearly sojourn to reset the batteries & checkout the big smoke.
